Brian Mohr was a founding member of Jobing.com, one of the original online job boards, which he helped grow to over 350 employees and $38M in revenue over an 11-year period. He later became director of talent strategy & acquisition for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Pei Wei Asian Diner restaurants before joining forces with he co-founder, Max Hansen, to create the first purpose-based leadership search firm, Y Scouts.
